Our Mezzanine Floors
Mezzanine floors are raised off the main floor using steel columns
With a wide range of sizes and floor types, mezzanine floors can be tailored to meet the customer’s exact requirements. A mezzanine floor is a raised storage area designed around an RSJ supported by columns tied together with C section steel purlings. A 38mm chipboard or steel plate floor is then laid on top and screwed down.
Mezzanine floors are a very economical way of increasing the amount of total floor space available by adding additional floor levels over existing machinery, shelving or offices. This can doubling or even tripling your usable space.
Mezzanine floors can be designed to accommodate extra office space, archive shelving or for bulk storage. This simple installation causes no disruption to the continuation of your business. There is no upheaval or downtime and it eliminates unnecessary relocation costs.
A mezzanine floor gives you the most return from the total floor area available in your premises. They can, for an extra cost, be; totally fireproofed, have suspended ceilings with additional lighting fitted or/and with enclosed stairways – basically anything you require. They can also come with pallet gates for ease of loading and unloading, bespoke staircases, a variety of barriers or handrails and be colour coded to coordinate with your company colour scheme.
Our competitive prices include supply and full installation as standard. We do offer our mezzanine floors on a supply only basis but accept no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from incorrect/ improper installation.
